Salon Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation:
All appointments require a credit card, deposit, or voucher to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Notice:
-More than 48 hours before your appointment: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
-Within 48 hours of your appointment: Full payment of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. Any vouchers used to book the appointment will also be deducted and forfeited.
- No-shows: Treated as a last-minute cancellation; full payment will be charged, and vouchers used for the appointment will not be reinstated.

Voucher Terms:
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost.
- If you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment, the voucher’s value will be redeemed as payment for the missed service.

Rescheduling:
- Changes to appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees or voucher deductions.

Exceptions:
Emergencies (e.g., sudden illness, accidents) will be reviewed case-by-case with documentation. Partial refunds, rescheduling, or voucher reinstatement may be offered at the salon’s discretion.

How to Cancel/Reschedule:
Notify us by phone, text, or email or through our app at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.


Additional Notes for Clients:
- Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation/shortening, with full payment or voucher deduction applied.
- Voucher Use: Vouchers are valid only for future bookings if appointments are canceled/rescheduled outside the 48-hour window.
